Parkade Parking Ramp

The elevators and doors are disgusting. There's literally bloody handprints on the wall by the elevator buttons on one of the floors that hasn't been cleaned in months. They reek of urine and poop and there's always random people sleeping in the stairwells. Be careful if walking alone.

I park here overnights sometimes for work. This morning I went to move my car out and the ticket readers are refusing to read my ticket. The phone number sends me to a voice-mail and there is no emergency contact number to reach anyone. Meaning I am stuck waiting hours for someone to come to work so I can go home and rush my son to get to school. The website doesn't list when the parking authority actually opens so I have no idea how long I have to wait to able to reach someone. I have called around for a solution but can not reach anyone. Poorly managed to deal with people who work overnights or need to park there at night.

Stairwells and door handles are very dirty. The exit is very tight for a pickup. I scraped the roof of my pickup on this 6'6 sign at the entrance even though my pickup is only 6'3 in in height.

This ramp is NOT set up to run efficiently! Cars back up because of day passes. Card holders that pay to use the ramp every month are stuck behind people taking their time to pay for their parking. I waited 1 hour after work to get out of the ramp because an event that got out at 5 PM, when everyone was getting off work.

The Parkade Parking Ramp is conveniently located for the Bismarck downtown area. Those driving trucks should be cautious as the ceiling is a bit low.
