If their payment machine is down or there is a long line that causes you to go over even 1 minute of your first free hour, they will charge you for the second hour. This is morally wrong. I got back to the parking garage with at least 10 if not 15 minutes to get out, but due to their system could not get out in time. I called to give them a chance to correct it and they would not issue me a refund. Morally corrupt business. With street parking also getting out of control, downtown will be a desert with no small businesses soon.

Good park and pay garage. Clean and easy to navigate. The way throughout the garage is a bit narrow, so you have to drive very carefully. Other than that it was a good experience. Elevators were super fast too.

Heigh limit says 7' 7" if I recall. My big, crew cab long bed fit on the 6th floor alright. Ticket machine worked and the location was VERY convenient. Had onsite security that was very friendly and helpful. Daily rate is $15 and for anyone complaining, I got taken for $50+ down the street at a worse lot. Out of towner with a big truck lesson. Highly recommend!

Tickets don't work, and several cars got locked in for nearly an hour bc nobodys (pre-paid) tickets were being accepted at the exit. Parking is always full. Pay stations only work half the time. This has been the case the last 3-4 times I parked here..

Good spot, not the worst prices, service from the girl I called to help was kinda bad.
