Thanks, YELP REVIEWS. I was considering parking in this tremendous parking garage across from city hall. Money is no object to me, but, getting stuck inside an ICE front garage is not on my schedule today. Scam avoided today.

It’s all about the money! My husband Had his yearly work meeting downtown, and got ticketed. It’s just a scam to get more money out of the people. When I wanted to contest it, they said that I needed to show them Ada county Credentials or some nonsense. What a way to get money out of the people!

The card reader was not accepting my ticket even though I previously paid at the kiosk. The experience with the attendant while dealing with the ticket not being accepted was terrible! Due to the speaker on the machine was broken the attendant just kept raising her voice even though that was not the issue. It was extremely disappointing to have been treated like an idiot even though it was clearly a problem with their system.

This is regarding the paid parking lot at this hotel. Had a horrible experience today. Parked on the 3rd floor (very tiny parking spaces). Went and had lunch. Came back and paid for parking at one of the machines. I got my paid ticket and went back to my truck. Drove down to the exit and inserted my ticket. The machine ate my ticket, but the gate did not open. I backed up to try to leave right behind another vehicle at the adjacent exit, but that gate closed quickly. I hit the help button. A young lady answered and would not just directly help me by opening the gate. She asked my name and what time I specifically parked. I didn't remember. She then told me to pay again on the machine's screen. I told her I already paid. She finally opened the gate! As I was talking to her, my wife saw that

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star! We were stuck for over a hour without even moving an inch. It was late after a graduation and they really suck. Parking spots are small and cramped. No one was checking to update us on what was happening. Never park in this garage!
