Super pleased with this awesome company! On an island where it's easy to become just another name on a long waiting list, Parker Carpets returned my initial call within 10 mins and took the time to drive to my house, look at my carpets (all 15) quoted me a good price. Mr. Parker cleaned all my rugs with an organic and sustainable cleaning product and returned them in 24 hours, as he knew we were expecting guests. Thank you Parker Carpet! Highly recommend.

We finally found the carpet we liked and with Jon Parker's help we were able to carpet 5 bedrooms very quickly. The price was fair and they showed up on schedule. This was a mini remodel for us newly retired folks and of course that meant moving 5 rooms of furniture. Jon and his team (Father Patrick and Installer Joe) have a great system down that works fast and efficient. Not to mention 3 of the nicest people we've met in years.

We are so thrilled not just with the two rugs from Parker Carpets but also with how lovely and professional and smart and charming the installers were. The whole experience with Parker Carpets has been superb--from choosing the rugs with the help of Pat Parker to scheduling delivery to the installation today. The two installers, Joe and John, were so efficient and kind and so pleasant to have around. And they took such care with what they did. They made sure everything was perfect before they left. And the quality of the rugs is so high.

We enjoyed every part of the process with Parker Carpet, from discussing options initially at our home, to visiting the warehouse in order to select supplies, while being provided with excellent guidance throughout the preparation. Most importantly, we are thrilled with the installation of two staircase runners in our seasonal cottage. The work is beautiful and precise, and exceeds expectations, along with making our home safer (and maybe a tiny bit quieter). I could not recommend Parker Carpet more highly; thank you so much.

Parker Carpet installed new carpets on our stairs and second floor. We are more than satisfied with our choice. Jon helped us pick out the perfect carpet with his expert advice. Jon and Patrick are friendly, professional, and their communication is second to none among contractors on the island! Plus, they are extremely efficient. They came in, ripped out the old carpet, and installed the new one all before 1:00pm that same day. The new carpet looks amazing. I would recommend Parker Carpet to anyone!
