Royal Touch Cleaning

Chad is great!! He showed up on time (Vineyard time works a little differently on island) and got right to work. He accommodated my schedule and came in when we were closed. The 1000 square foot rug was filthy but he got it looking almost new. This was a rug that hadn't been cleaned in decades. He let me know when he was finished so I could come back and set the room up again for business. I highly recommend Royal Touch. The phone service from his wife was so personable as well. Royal Touch arrived promptly. I left shortly after showing them around as I wanted to get on an earlier ferry. So...I don't know how things turned out today, but they've always done a wonderful job in the past, so I assume that they did a great job today. I won't be back until the spring to make sure!! Excellent service, great communication and a price that was incredibly fair. Royal touch will keep your carpets and upholstery looking new. Chad makes stains that look permanent just disappear. He is amazing.

I use Royal Touch periodically for professional cleaning of my sofas. They take good care of my furniture and have been successful removing stains that I wasn't able to get out on my own. They are great with timeliness and communication, which is always appreciated. Note that deep cleaning does take time...my two large sectionals take 3-4 hours to thoroughly clean. So it is a bit of a time and $ investment.

Got text reminders of appt. & also when Chad was on his way & when he arrived (right on time!) Did a great job. Pleasant. Went about his work in a timely manner. All good
