Parking at The Berkman

I just wanted to let people know that Paul Krogseng went above and beyond the call of duty answering numerous emails throughout the day, always with specific helpful answers, even being proactive and solving an issue I had later asked about. This is especially useful when the family is going through treating a loved one at the Mayo Clinic. If you end up using this parking lot, you are in good hands from a customer service standpoint.

Quite possible the worst designed parking garage. We ate at the Red Cow in about 40 minutes. Parking validated by the Red Cow (I would recommend giving the Red Cow a try) for an hour. While attempting to exit, the line was several cars long. “Shouldn’t take too long” I thought. Well I was wrong. After 25 minutes of waiting and the front desk of the building coming out at least twice to assist in the garage door opening we finally made it to the front of the line. Attempt to scan my ticket, well I guess I owe two dollars. I told the woman on the other end, I’ll not pay because I’ve been waiting for so long to get out. You’d think that after 2-3 calls from the same exit door, the door would be opened. Not to mention that the line was quite long behind me (at least 8). And at least one tenant

This parking ramp rips you off! Charges twice as it doesn’t register the pay station. And then makes you pay again upon exiting. Also the ticket scanner works only if your car is at the perfect angle.

Car got keyed in their ramp. Reached out to them and so far, a week later, they haven't responded. Update: I hit the "reserve monthly parking" button on their website because I knew it would get an email response instantly. Used that email chain to bring up my car getting scratched and they said they only have cameras on the entrances so I'm SOL

0 stars if I could... We were actually parked for maybe 10 minutes but it took so long to get to a spot and exit due to traffic inside, we had to pay$5 for the privilege.
