Parking for 500 Boylston

The best thing about this parking facility is the location if you want to do the shoppings around the Back Bay Area. The level 1 is reserved for the permit holders and there are plenty of spaces in level 2 and 3. Payment is convenient as I made the booking through the app. Just scan the QR code while entering and exiting. Will park here again next time.

Don't park here if you are trying to charge your car. There were about 20 charging stations in the garage but none of them are for people just wanting to charge and park. You have to be a monthly garage pass holder. It was very frustrating. I did't see a single person charging I guess because of the limitation. Horrible for someone who wants to just park and charge. It is not electric car friendly. Prudential garage has a nice setup that is not too far away.

Price location ease of entry and exit. Use for anything on Newbury over the anguish of looking there.

I parked at this location yesterday - March 3rd - and wanted to share that I received , great service from one of your attendants, I believe his name was Adnan - he was polite, friendly and very, very helpful. In my mind he went above and beyond in assisting me. I do want to add that the charge was very high - $26.00 for about 40 minutes.
