This is 1 of 8 garages located around Co-op City in the Bronx that is primarily used by their residents. Visitors can also use these garages for parking, but at a price. Payment can be done at the gate with a card or at the kiosk for other payment options. Abuse the usage of the garages & face a fine. Visitors can use the 3rd floor on up to park their vehicles. The first 2 floors are reserved parking spots for the residents of Co-op. The garages themselves are in good shape & are powerwashed roughly once or twice a year.
