Parking Garage

Signs indicate prices for only early weekdays. Got surprised with a $57 ticket, only after scanning it.

I can not believe how mistreated I was at this parking garage. The owner is very rude and did not want to work with us when we were trying to leave the garage. We stayed a little over 10 minutes after the allotted time Only because I had an issue with the car and we were trying to get it to work after paying. He charged us an extra $20 to leave and told me in a very rude manner “I’m not making an exception for you.” Unbelievable.

I’ve never been so disappointed with the costumer service in this parking garage. This is my first time In the city and They didnt tell me about their 10 min rule! And I had to pay $20 extra for being over a couple mins. Honestly, the owner was so rude when we tried to explain that we were visiting and they dont have anywhere on the board that they were going to charge extra. We had just paid our parking ticket. The owner literally walked away and got in his car and left without apologizing or anything! What a bad taste to the mouth gave me the costumer service here in Chicago! Very disappointed!!

Don't park here it say 14$ parking they mean it per hour. I came back after 4 hours had to pay 56$ that is just crazy

$39 if you park for 1 hour on a Saturday?
