Parking Garage

I parked here when I was on jury duty, felt like a safe environment and it was clean. I would recommend parking here if you need to go anywhere nearby downtown Colorado Springs.

Cheap parking, $1.25 an hour. They take card and have ample spots. Covered as well! Much prefer going straight here than to hunt down street parking.

I parked here tonight not knowing that they charged (dumb me) and not having a card on me. I got trapped and only had cash. I ask the security guard if there was a way to pay cash and he said “sadly no,” so I went to park and get an Uber when this amazing security guard asked me how much and when I informed him he offered to pay card if I just pay him back, I was ECSTATIC! I thanked him and he took my ticket and payed for me to get out, I payed him and with my new found freedom I rejoiced! I don’t review places like at all but this guy NEEDS a shoutout so sir if you are seeing this, THANK YOU!!! you are a genuine mensch!!! I owe you a ton! You have made my night!

It was easy to get in and out of it had an a person there to watch and help and it was clean

Terrible experience... Make sure you have cash or else they will ask you for your drivers license as collateral. Kind interesting choice of collateral vs having a working credit/debit card machine. I would suggest using any other parking garage in downtown as they accept cards and you don’t have to divulge your personal address.
