Parking Garage -- Justice Center

They clearly state that cars who STAY passed the SNOW EMERGENCY will be responsible for their full charge when they leave. They decided to apply regular rules to the cars who remained after the emergency - I was ticketed and towed AGAINST THE NOTICE YOU PUT OUT... I even had A GUEST PASS with the ADDRESS VISIBLE. You SAW when and why I had to enter, you KNOW where I was staying, you can SEE the permit parking where we were required to move from is still not available. A BLOCK AWAY FROM THE COURT HOUSE. WHEN YOU MESS UP, MAKE IT RIGHT. YOU made me pay for the tow when all I should have been responsible was the fees accumulated while waiting for my permit parking to be cleared. I should not be responsible for both tickets and towing when it is YOU who went AGAINST the notice - and I FOLLOWE

Terrible. You now need a smart phone, or they fine you upwards of $40. Shame on West Chester for farming this out and right across from the Justice Center no less. Should get zero stars. Why should anyone have to buy a gazillion $$ smart phone and load a data mining app just to park a 2004 Ford Focus? Geez! Phoenixville is better... much better. You can even pay with a flip phone.

This garage has really gone down hill. Parked here for 10 minutes on Christmas Eve to pick up from Carlino’s and I got a $30 ticket, meanwhile the entirety of market street is full of people double parking without any kind of fine. I guess the borough prefers you double park on the road vs use the parking garage.

Hate what this new company is doing. I live in west Chester 20$s a day?! Ridiculous. And they don’t even open the top floors anymore so fighting for spots. Ruining the city.

This lot used to be great, then some company swooped in and started charging on weekends (when it used to be free). I'm so tired of everything trying to penny pinch us. Even something as simple as parking garages can't escape enshitification.
