Parking Garage

Since AirGarage took over, there has been no management on site, no attendant, no security and no cleaning service. Homeless people took over the main lobby and the stairway has turned into their bathroom. If you plan to park overnight you place your property and even your safety at risk, the homeless have harassed customers. Not worth it for a couple bucks/day in savings. Beware!

I’ve been parking there for 10 years and they always had workers there that were vigilant. Now the parking is great and convenient but ever since switching to airgarage and getting rid of the workers that used to be there this place has gone down hill. There are homeless people that walk around the different floors and on the lower level there’s trash and all sorts of clothing and bedding just laying around. There has also been urine and fecal matter in the stairways. Please fix this problem and make the parking garage safer again.

Love this gem of a parking lot. My office moved to Center City and I needed a parking garage that wasn’t going to exploit me for all my monies. This beaut is .6 miles from my office. It’s not a short walk but it isn’t long at least! At the time of this review monthly parking is 195/mo. There is plenty of parking, never full. They have an elevator should you need it for accessibility. Daily parking is $10 - CASH ONLY mind you. For monthly customers there is an entrance on 16th and 17th so no matter which way you’re coming in. Lot is always staffed and they are nice enough folks. Really like this lot!

Great location and easy-to-use, but please update your GPS directions. Poor guy at the private parking nearby tells he has to redirect dozens of lost drivers every day.

Dirty, messy, and not maintained . $11 for full day parking. Payment through app only. Specious driveway to higher floors for easier parking.
