DO NOT PARK HERE. You will risk being stuck. After using a clunky and slow website to prepay for a ticket, the scanners do not work well, there is no way to buy a paper ticket, and when you press the "call help" button NO ONE ANSWERS. You are better off parking far away and taking an Uber.
The machine to pay the parking ticket was not working, it wasn’t accepting our parking ticket, called for assistance, waited 30 min and nobody answered. Only option is to click on was the “lost ticket” and pay $75 to get out.
Terrible prepay QR code nonsense to get in. Be prepared for a mess and lines with no one to help
Terrible website is glitchy and may charge you for 3 months of parking instead of 3 hours.
