Parking Lot 1

Today was the Ocala Fine Arts Event. We got a spot just about 10:00 am The garage was filling up fast ! It is a little tight when as busy as today. Can't beat the location for being right at the square !

Circled around the area a couple times I think. I'm used to the ones that are taller than surrounding buildings. It blends in and I parked by the entrance/exit. Don't think there's a second level. I'm not a fan of Ocala downtown or the parking. They've upgraded the parking meters but there's so many one way streets and sudden need to change lanes. I wouldn't recommend tourists park downtown but if you must this building works. It's just not easy to find the entrance amongst one way streets.

Helped us take shelter during Hurricane Milton. We were ordered to evacuate and decided to stay here. Nice location to walk around and the parking is free. Will definitely visit again and check out what all they have to offer.

I would never park my car here even a clunker...gaurd from city hall barely can physically get there. It's dark. I was walking thru city hall yesterday, 2 delinquent children about 8 and 10 year old, Caucasian males on roof of garage screaming. I'm not sure if they were throwing projectiles. Parents no where to be seen. I read at city hall for 2 hours as these boys terrorized area. No one wants them walking near anyone's cars. Another poorly ran Ocala property. You may be lucky if actual police are around. Rent a cops are useless.

Multilevel parking with an amazing view of citizens circle from the roof. Also a good place to escape the rain..
