Parking

Visiting from out of state, I brought my brand new vehicle for them to park. Picked it up the next morning to find my wheels curbed. The valet said they wouldn’t cover it, but said to fill out a form with my contact information. No response since then. Do not park your car here, they will not treat it properly.

Terrible experience! Awful, awful, awful. Our brand new car came back completely scratched and the manager pretended like it was like that before! Our car is brand new and had absolutely no scratches. He made us fill out a form and said that his insurance wasnt going to cover it. Like what!?!? We were visiting from out of state (first time visiting NYC) and we left our car here for 4 days only because it was whom our hotel recommended. What upsets us isn't the scratch, it's the fact that they are pretending they didn't do it and not owning up to it. We are waiting on someone from his insurance to contact us but I don't even believe they will. Now I see all the other bad reviews and I just regret having come here.

They have been great...until now. I have used them a lot over the past two years with no problem. Then I brought in my 1 hr old new car. When I picked up my car the next day, I had a $700 case of curb rash on one of my wheels. Most of the workers seem great, but now I may not use them again.

The gentleman who took in our car on Wednesday and parked it was very friendly and nice. However, a young attendant with long hair who brought the car out when we returned has a serious attitude problem! My partner was simply watching him take tight turns while pulling the car out of the parking space, and when he had finished, the man gets out of OUR vehicle and says, "You don't have to look at me like that. I know my job. I know what I'm doing." It was very uncomfortable to have him be this expressive with other people around because it felt like a verbal attack! We didn't even say or do anything and another customer who heard it happen even remarked to me personally about this mans behavior. We were literally just waiting for him to finish, but he was just adamant that he had to let us

DO NOT PARK HERE. Walk extra if you want your car intact. They trashed my Jeep. Took everything out of the glove compartment and center console and threw it all over my car. Broke my cell phone holder and latch on center console. They owner got mad because I accidentally walked away with key fob in my bag (brand new Jeep). I was back in 10 minutes. I apologized profusely but he said he would charge me $50 for not leaving the keys and he trashed and broke my stuff. Someone needs serious anger management and probably a hug from his mom.
