Parking Services Grant Hospital Valet

I received a parking violation at Franklin Park Conservatory Community Gardens in a spot that has ZERO signage saying it's a NO PARKING spot. The only signage is a very faded NO PARKING on the ground. I received a ticket but then proceeded to observe a person sitting in that spot for over an hour that lives in their car at that location using drugs while sitting there and they did not receive a ticket. Professional Parking Services is scam and should be closed.

Pretty terrible. I inadvertanly put in the wrong zone when parking. Within 40 days of receiving the ticket that I totally forgot to pay, the only notice I received as a reminder was a threat to impound my car. The ticket which was previously $40 quickly went to $50 when I clicked to pay plus added a fee of $4.00 I would have paid the ticket no problem with one reminder without penalty or threat to impound as it was a simple mistake. Not sure what "boutique" parking service means but this certainly isn't it.

Zero stars. This company is out for people's money and that is it. I received a parking violation in Grandview and I did pay to park. I erroneously selected our other vehicle's license plate number in the app and disputed the violation. I was told this was not an acceptable reason and denied the dispute. I responded that I would like a phone call and at least a refund for the amount of money that I paid to park. I was not given a response. I did report this to the BBB and disputed the amount I paid to park with my credit card company. I am disappointed in this outcome and I encourage others to AVOID this company at all costs.

No compassion. No human element. Might as well be robots. I received a parking violation near Staufs Cafe and I PAID for parking. In lived in Columbus several years ago and used the ParkMobile app. Since leaving I had gotten a new car with a new license plate number. I paid under the old plate. I received a ticket and filed a complaint with an image of the receipt that I actually paid. They didn't care. One line email response saying rebuttal denied please pay.

Worst company ever just out to get your money. My boyfriend and I were out on our anniversary dinner and OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK. It’s not park cbus like most places are around Columbus, it’s a new app. I’m scrambling to get the app downloaded, set up and pay for parking so we’re not late to our special occasion. Unfortunately I input my license plate information incorrectly (I put two of the letters in the wrong order but had everything else/all the letters there). So of course there is not a clear way of correcting this so I called the number. 4 days later someone texted (did not call me back) to submit my claim on the website.
