This has to be the WORST parking garage I have ever parked in in my life... When pulling in, you're greeted by metal scaffolding that has been erected in an attempt to hold the level above up (not very comforting or sufficient)... So we found the nearest parking space and took it because we didn't want to go up too far... When attempting to leave the parking garage, we first went to a nearby skyway only to find it padlocked so that you couldn't leave. Then we went to the nearby stairs only to find that they had been chained off so that you couldn't go down them. Then we went to the other skyway (to the Marriott) and this was padlocked as well! DANGER HAZARD: Not official Marriott parking. It bills itself as the Hotel Syracuse Parking Garage ($5 Flat Rate). It is a deceptive practice because it is the first garage that Marriott Hotel Syracuse guests may across when arriving by car via Google Maps. You should not park here under any circumstances — unless your name is Charles Bronson. (You will know the garage by its closed skyway corridor on the 3rd floor). This is an independent operator who refuses to work with the Marriott to provide safe and adequate parking for hotel guests. My car was broken into during Memorial Day Weekend.
