Parking Systems - 2027 Emmons Avenue Parking Garage

Be careful with this one. I tend to park here overnight when visiting family in Brooklyn but this is unacceptable. BMW x7 all 4 rims were taken. There seems to be a booth when you enter but it's always unattended.

If was zero stars was a rate I could use that still would be too much for this facility. They had the audacity to charge my card for parking. I was not able to use because they were at capacity. There was no attendant present to let anybody Know that they were at capacity already. I have sent numerous emails requesting a refund yet No one responds the phone number I call the people utterly useless because they give me time and time again the same email to use with no results. I don’t know how these people run their business. This is truly disgusting.

Grifters. The gate was broken when we entered, but we still swiped our card upon entry. There was no attendant, either. When we left, they asked us when we joined and why would we when the gate was broken (idk other people were in there and we needed to park?). They then charged us the $50 lost ticket fee. Just contest your bank charges from these grifters.

When at the gate ready to exit, i inserted the credit card and the message on the screen said this is not the same credit card i used to enter the garage. This must be a scam because i only had one credit card with me and if it was accepted when i entered the garage, why did it not accept it when i was ready to exit? I finally exited with a,Lost Ticket payment of 50.00 on my credit card.

Not sure why u have to use ur card before u even park, then use ur card again so they can take the payment....
