Parking Systems - 343 East 74th Street Parking Garage

Change prices on me. Tried to scam me Totally tried to scam me. Parkopedia quoted $18 from 1pm to 7pm Attendant said thats the daily special from 1 to 4pm. When I arrived back to pick up car at 7 pm the attendant attempted to charge me twice the amount $35 Acted like he called his boss. Then said that price is only good if paid on parkopedia app. I showed him screenshot saying price was only good for pull up service. He then said I would have to pay full $35 and call attendant in am I held my ground and said all I have is this $20. Totally tried to scam me. Even said he would now have to pay difference. I said that's illegal for an employer to do. Beware of this garage..record on your phone for proof bc they are scammers

ZERO STARS! (too bad google will not let you leave zero) Woke up to rude text messages "owner of 74 st garage where you park your car needs it gone by today", even though I was PAID IN FULL automatically every month. Which I explained and sent receipt from the bank and the app I used (SPOT HERO). Then got this text "you need to get your car out today, the owner does not want it"....so this place is RUDE and wants to make more money than they publicize on the app. DON'T PARK HERE!

Left my car in the morning until 5pm Came back around noon, because forgot something. My car was parked rear bumper into the wall (no clearance)... I thought its ok. Then I found that someone was looking for "treasure". My old cell phone, which I left 1 year ago in my car in storage box was out of the box and left right next to gear stick !!! I never touch that phone for 1 year !!! I called the guy...he said: no no no...nobody still anything in this garage..etc. of course nothing stolen because nothing was there, but this is the fact! I didn't have a time to discuss it and waist my time...and I left garage after 5pm Then I found that my glove box wasn't close tight, then I found that my rear bumper DAMAGED !!!

I live in the building and was hopeful with new management.. Seon was great but gone now and one of the staff has been extremely rude to me. Kris and Anthony are fine but constant attitude, nastiness and rudeness for a monthly customer by staff is unacceptable! Hopefully management will address this promptly.
