Parking Systems - Bayview Courtyard Parking Garage

Bad experience ever!!! When I parked, I confirmed the price and was not told of any extra fees. However, when picking up my car, I was told it’s a “Large SUV” and had to pay an extra $8 or they wouldn’t release my vehicle. Please note my car is Lexxx RX350! How come??? After paying, your staff couldn’t find my car key, and I had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get my car. This was both frustrating and unprofessional.

Patrick, Brayan, Kahmal and all other associates on site provided a fantastic experience. Josh, the supervisor, helped with onboarding and explained the signup procedure thoroughly. Thank you guys!

Horrible!!! Took 40 min to get my car out and then he brought me the wrong car!!! I do understand 1 person for tooooo many cars but just dumb.

They took a while to get my monthly pass working (id recommend just buying from the website and not from spothero). The staff here is really nice/ super kind, and very helpful (and don't take tips). Just keep in mind that it's a valet garage though.

Not actually 24/7. I tried to drop my car off at 12am and they said they only accept monthly members at that time. Should update their hours
