I had a really frustrating experience trying to enter this garage today. The card reader wasn’t working at all. I tried multiple cards and none were recognized. I pressed the “Call for Help” button twice, but the representative offered zero real assistance. He just told me to reverse, wait, and try again, and when that didn’t work he said he “never had issues before” and still had no solution. I come to this garage 2–3 times a week and usually leave my car 8–9 hours, so I really rely on it. I was even considering getting a membership, but after today, absolutely not. I ended up having to leave because no one could help me access the garage I use regularly. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
