After arriving 18 minutes beyond our paid time we received a violation-expected… what wasn’t expected… this company doesn’t give tickets, they boot vehicles. A ticket would’ve been understandable, a boot for 18 minutes over the two hour timeframe we paid for is over the top. Park somewhere else or set a timer with buffer to get back to your vehicle long before your time expires.
