After 7 months parking at this location without any issues, today I was late for work. I grabbed my ticket and rushed in. When I came back, I realized I had lost the ticket. The daily rate was $15, but when I explained the situation to the staff, they charged me nearly three times the amount — $42 — claiming it was company policy. Even though their system showed exactly when I had entered and they even found my ticket number, they still insisted on charging the maximum fee. This feels like exploitation, not customer service.

Do not prepay for your Ticket. I paid the 42 bucks. Got to the exit and they charged me another 12. Absolutely outrageous considering 42 is the max you have to pay, so even if I sat in my car for an hour it would still have costed 42 if I hadn’t paid in advance. Actual garbage :)

Never prepay you ticket this location They charge you 10$ for 5min after you pay.. even on a 15$ flatrate day. They are simply cheating money

This place is terrible. They often don't have spots available, and they still charge you if they don't. Their manager is rude and belligerent. I have never seen behavior like his before. I would advise to stay away - the place across the street is way better.
