Beware of leaving anything of value in your care. Can’t get ahold of anyone and my husband’s expensive sunglasses were stolen. The valet person walked off so we couldn’t address it with him. He didn’t even hand us the key. Our car was left unlocked with the key in the place where the sunglasses were originally left. We thought it was odd he was quickly walking away into the elevator. Gone, no where to be found.

Would give zero star if I can. The staff named Sam literally talked to a customer saying “I hope I’ll never see you again”. Unacceptably rude. Avoid at all cost.

HUGE kudos to Saman for helping me get my dead battery started tonight!! He, and later Jose, tried everything until something worked and the car started. They could not have been kinder and more helpful. Thank you!!

Vehicle obtain punctured tire while in the car if valet service. Do not want to claim responsibility. Terrible customer service. Larry is unprofessional.
