Demanded more money after I already paid the proper amount for my vehicle through spot hero. I’ve never had this before. What I paid Spot hero was always the final price. This place is a crooked rip off.

This place has no sign of human decency. They fail to inform you when their garage closes and ignore your phone calls. They blamed it on a lack of personnel, but as a worker, you still have to execute your job to the best of your ability, including answering the phone. We contacted them several times to explain our situation and check when they closed the garage. We arrived at the garage at midnight to find it closed, so we had to return the next day at noon to collect our car. When we arrived at the garage, they informed us that we had to pay an additional $50 since our car had stayed overnight. When we told him we had phoned the day before, he was disrespectful and replied, "What would have happened if we answered the call? We couldn't have helped you." They would stop me when I attempte

I booked a spot for 3 hours for $35, which seemed to be standard in the area, service was courteous. When I showed my prepaid app I was told I owed another $10 for for having an extra large car. I pointed out that this is clearly not the case as I had a Tesla 3, which is the smallest Tesla and NOT a large car. The cashier said they’re under new management and policy is to charge people with Jaguars, Teslas etc $10 more … what ??? Come on guys this is just a scam !! “New management” I won’t be parking here again

honestly worst experience I’ve had with a garage. They don’t answer their phones even though I called multiple times an HOUR before their closing time. The workers were super dismissing and our conversation felt belittling when talking to them. They interrupted me while speaking constantly. When we proved our point in the situation, they then told us to call where you reserved and handle it with them. They were very big and bold until they found out they were wrong. Save yourself the hassle because they do not care about their customers experience or their faults. 0/10

They will over charge you despite you’ve paid in the app. It’s a total rip off. Avoid this place!!
