ParkRight - Luka Theater District Garage

We reserved parking at this facility this past Sat night 2/21 online ahead of time. Sadly we didn’t look at the Google reviews and clearly everyone else has the same experience. The management and leadership is not only terrible it’s frankly non existent. Parking our car was slow but then getting the car after the show took almost 90 minutes. The young kids working kept blaming it on only having one elevator for the cars. My thing was if one of two vehicle elevators was broken then why did they take so many reservations. Easy answer greed and poor management. My suggestion, park anywhere else!

Worst experience ever! We arrived for our prepaid parking at 7 pm for a 8 o'clock event. There was a line that did not move and other cars would block traffic trying to cut in front. We waited 90 minutes to park car. Then told We would have to wait at least 2 hours for pick up so we should get there early. We had to leave event early after we arrived late. We missed show!!!!! Then my car reaked like weed. So disappointed in this parking lot !!!! They had 2 people working !!! Never parking here if there is a event you will be disappointed and out money like we were. Also a poor lady in wheelchair couldn't get passed cars that were blocking crosswalk and couldn't move it cuz valet was off parking another car. That poor attendant. He was clearly overworked and overwhelmed.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Waited over an hour for my car after a show tonight, people that had just arrived got their cars before those of us waiting. Claimed they lost the tickets we gave them, older man sauntering around not doing shit, young kid doing all the work walked off the job, other kid didn’t give a rip about any of it. Dumpster fire of an operation. Will never park there again.

Great location but don’t use for any event. Cars are store on higher floors using a car lift. We had to wait 90 minutes to get our car. Takes at least 5 min to retrieve a car! Supervisor on duty very rude!

Parking here as a resident is so inconsistent and frustrating. Constantly having issues with being able to get my car in a timely manner or trying to get back into the garage during busy times. Luka management should get a better third part vendor.
