I prepaid a parking pass from ParkWhiz for this garage. When I left, I was charged an additional $15 for oversized SUV. I drive a Tesla model Y which most considered a compact or crossover SUV. On their site, it said supersize SUV so I guess the garage considers anything aside from sedans oversized vehicle. Be careful and read the fine print if you ever decide to park here.

I was charged an extra $15 because the manager insisted my Lexus RZ 450e is an SUV. It is not, and I was never told at drop-off it would be classified that way. When I questioned it and offered proof from Lexus’ website, they refused to review it and said I could not retrieve my car unless I paid. This situation is concerning not because of the $15 itself, but because of the lack of transparency, the unwillingness to review readily available information regarding the vehicle’s classification, and the coercive manner in which the issue was handled.
