Terrible customer service! Myself and another customer waited over an hour to have our cars parked. We called the customer service number numerous times with no answer. No employee was waiting in the check in booth. Eventually we found the employee sitting in a parked car (not the car of the patron who was waiting), avoiding the customers, far away from the check in booth. When he finally approached us, he was very rude.

I reserved a spot on Spot Hero for this establishment. What you won’t know is that there are apartment building residents that use this lot as well and because they are monthly renters, you can arrive and find that they won’t honor your reservation. In addition, the parking attendant I spoke to was rude. When I asked him his name...his reply was f*** you. Literally. I have never been so disappointed in parking. After speaking with manager, who was pleasant but made excuses, I am not appeased. There is enough street parking in the area. I recommend you avoid.
