Parkside

There aren't enough positive adjectives to describe how great all of Parkside's employees handled the clearing out of my brother-in-law's house after a fire in Joliet. I took over this task after we placed him into a senior living facility due to his memory loss and other health issues. Being in Chicago, 55 miles away, Parkside communicated every step of the process, minimizing our in person trips to the property. Thank you. No repairs made as we opted to sell the property as is and will be demolished by the buyer.

Parkside Restoration did an AMAZING job sanitizing and drying out my flooded basement. Like many other Chicago residents, my basement flooded in July 2023. I contacted several companies to help with cleaning my basement and they all left me hanging. One day while driving home, a Parkside van caught my eye as the many services they provide were listed on the side of the van. I took a pic of the van and called them immediately. They came out the very next day and quoted me a very reasonable price. The work crew was amazing also. I can't thank Parkside enough for the fantastic service they provided.

Awesome, awesome, awesome ! Katie and her team were the best, professional, hardworking yet very conscientious about the task at hand. They also had an appropriate and delightful sense of humor which is certainly needed in life today.
