Parkway Parking - 100 Independence Mall West

Conveniently located across from the Liberty Bell and near the Philadelphia Visitors Center, where there is a souvenir shop, Hershey, ice cream, public restrooms and more. I added a picture of the hours and price. We found few other indoor parkings in the area that were few dollars cheaper if you parked over 2 hours. Also, parking on Sunday is free

Another Historical landmark that i had the opportunity to visit. Highly recommend taking the independence tour. Lots of history just in one place.

Great place to see Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and the 1st Continental Congress. All three within walking distance of each other.

Expensive ($31 for the few hours we were there), not many spots available, confusing signage. And the elevator is super slow and makes you wonder if it's working. I don't have an alternative for you, but maybe try another garage if you can. It is convenient to the visitors center, Liberty Bell, and Independence Hall, but there are a bunch of garages in the same area, it's just hard to tell which is which and how much they are.

Worst parking garage I've used. The rates are uncompetitive, the payment machines are broken, and the customer service is rude. When we returned to the garage, we paid inside before leaving as the signs suggest. Do not do this. You need your ticket to exit the garage, but the machine did not give us our ticket back, only a receipt. (For what it's worth, you must exit within 5 minutes of paying or they will try to charge you again.) After finding out we needed the ticket which the machine did not return to us, we attempted to talk to the garage attendant. He was almost immediately argumentative and was thoroughly unhelpful.
