Parkway Parking - 1127 Race Street

A complete SCAM, please don’t park there! We were staying around the area and looking for a 24h lot. We go here, asked the attendee if we can park for 24h he says yes and to pay at the kiosk. The kiosk only had one option for $47, we assumed it’s for full day (as screen provided no other info) so we paid. Once ticket is printed it only says 12h, so I immediately call customer service and they tell me they are having issues with the kiosks, and that I can park for 24h. I triple check and ask “what if I get a ticket” and they assure me I can call them and they can remove the ticket in their system. Sure enough, I get a $75 ticket and when I call to dispute, they tell me the information I was provided with was wrong and that I have to pay. I dispute further and fill out a form, just to be to

A total rip off, they advertise hotel parking but they have no affiliation with any hotel. More expensive than any other lot in the city.

Good location if you are attending an event at the convention center. Well lit and seemingly safe. Pricing is high, especially if you’re only staying for short time. Spaces are very small. If you have a truck or larger SUV be prepared to squeeze out of your vehicle. Lot is clean and tidy. They do patrol the lot so don’t get caught without a ticket. Tickets are obtained at the automatic teller.

Pricing is high 35$ for only 2 hrs!!! Also one bad experience is today, a parking attendant came to me and tried to ask for my number. Name is unknown. First time with this parking. Hope better next time

Horrible costumer service and ridiculous fees. I was late to pick up my car by ten minutes (my bad) but i got a ticket for 75$. Absolutely ridiculous, I spent 35$ to park for 2 hours then had to pay an additional 30$ in citation fees (never heard of this before) and 45$ for parking for the next 24 hours.
