Parkway Parking - 12 South 23rd Street

NOT OPEN 24/7 AT ALL! do NOT park here, especially if you are vending at the armory or staying overnight anywhere in the city. both spothero and the parkway website claim it is open all day every day, but when i had to get my car on a sunday morning, i was met with the entire place being shut down, including all the useless help kiosks that blasted the hold music for 15+ minutes. kiosks didn't recognize my ticket, and no one picks up the support line either, which i had up on my phone the entire time. i had to go on a multi-step desperate journey up to the aramark building (who would think to go there to receive help???) to finally find my way into the garage so i could leave the city and gather my items from the armory before a snow storm. i wish someone had told me about this, but now i

DO NOT USE THIS PARKING GARAGE WHEN VISITING THE MUTTER MUSEUM!!! I was rushing to get to the Mutter Museum at the assigned ticket time and neglected to look at the parking rates. Saw my credit card statement and was charged $45! Apparently if you are parked from 2 hours - 24 hrs that's the rate. I've never parked at such an expensive garage in Philly in my life! My sister parked at another garage and was charged $18.

I'm fairly certain i had my credit card skimmed. I recieved a call from my credit card company a few days after parking here asking to verify three separate $300 dollar purchases at a center city Starbucks... i live in Bucks County...

Dont even go there the lady is rude i mean rude i have a van she did not had space for a van all she had to say was i dont have space for it but she came out yelling YOU BETTER GO BACK WITH THAT THING lol.!
