Pro tip: theres a door you can go through in the back that takes you to Brown street so you don’t have to walk around the block. The lot was medium clean. It was very well lit. You can use the Park Mobile app. There is no attendant.

No parking spot lines in the lot which whatever who cares. Except the attendant will come to your car every five seconds and make you move it between some imaginary lines that apparently change location constantly (they dont exist). He apparently also thinks it's normal to tell you to drunk drive to move to another "spot" 2 hours later (stopped at my car to grab a sweater) that's soooo close to other cars you can't open your door and neither can the two cars on either side of you. Also $40 to park?

$50 plus fees for event parking is RIDICULOUS!

Not worth to park here. Drive 2 more minutes in any direction and you can find penthouse of street parking. This parking lot is overpriced and the attendant doesn’t care. The parking payment is upfront and they don’t care about your vehicle once you pay them.

The parking lot served it's purpose and I saw raccoons. $40 to park for a couple of hours does seem extreme.
