Parkway Parking - 15th & Cherry

Convenient to my work and to popular things nearby, such as city hall. But not nearly as nice as the pictures posted by the business itself. And it’s expensive; even when compared to other lots in area that I consider over priced. With several other choices nearby with lower prices and similar accommodations, I see no need to return here.

Absolutely disaster. Stay away from this place. Two of us got stuck here overnight because nobody picked up the “24/7” line after we lost our ticket. We ended to getting a hotel and wasted a ton of money instead of just leaving yesterday. Absolutely trash. Corporate will be getting a call and I urge everyone to have spare clothing, toothpaste, prayer book , etc because you will most likely be spending the night so buckle up. And when you wake up the next day in the overpriced hotel that had questionable breakfast options, the underpaid customer service worker will be hanging up on you so also have a spare phone in case it dies(since sure they will block the first number). But in reality nobody will pick up so no need to bring a spare ticket phone. Will never be coming here again.

The parking lot was easy to access and easy to leave. It is outside and it was fine.

Parkway Corp is a very dishonest company. DO NOT USE THIS LOT!!!! I had a $300 pair of prescription sunglasses stolen from my vehicle while parked in their lot at 15th and Cherry Sts. I reported the incident less than 15 minutes from the time I left the lot when I went to put on my glasses, which were mysteriously missing from my center console. It was a sunny day and I specifically remember taking them off and placing them in a case in my console when I left the vehicle. When i called to report the incident, I was immediately reassured that Parkway Corp was about integrity and honesty and would "do the right thing". Not to worry. They would send someone down to the lot and get to the bottom. I was then transferred to the claims department where they took all of my information and I

Convenient parking but rates are VERY high and not well posted (didn't see them on the way in). Costs $30 if you stay 90 minutes. Will try my best to avoid this lot in the future and either find street parking or go with the nearby PPA lot which has lower prices.
