Parkway Parking - 2401 Walnut Street

Don't use this garage. I paid for a full day of parking on spot hero. After 7 hours I came out and was told I owed another $26. The attendant was rude and would not help despite having proof that I paid for a full day.

Great price, lot, and location, but as an FYI, the lot does not honor SpotHero reservations. I had already paid for parking, when I got there at my scheduled park time the lot was full and was told it’s not their problem. The attendant did end up letting me park, but still not great knowing they do not honor advanced reservations.

System has been down for half an hour. No one can get out. No one can get in. We tried calling all the numbers listed on the booth and no one can get a hold of anyone.

nice lot - easy to find, well lit, inexpensive, and accepted my SpotHero with no issues
