There was an attendant monitoring the lot and managing flow. Clean lot and close to the bars and restaurants in Old City. $38 flat rate on a Saturday
No posted price and about double other Sunday matinee rates. Easy enough to park and pay.
Wasn't an ideal situation but someone parked in the no parking zone and we were blocked in. Had to wait a bit for a manager but they came and helped us get the car out while figuring out what to do with the car parked illegally. Was very grateful. What you should know about this lot is that there is a scammer that will come to you and try to convince you to pay in cash etc. This is a cashless, self park lot. PAY ON THE APPs OR TICKET MACHINE. DO NOT GIVE CASH OR YOUR KEYS TO ANYONE WITHOUT PROOF THAT THEY WORK FOR PARKWAY.
Be warned, some guy is pretending to be a parking lot attendant at this lot, collecting the payment. Never knew this was a thing. Also they weren’t any attendant in the booth or anywhere to warn us. Please beware.
