Parkway Parking - 339 North Broad East

Paid over $6500 for monthly parking here in the last year & was ticketed twice on the last day my monthly parking was set to end. Tried contacting customer service & owning up to my mistake as I selected to pay the prorated amount for 3 days when I should have selected 4. Ended up having to pay almost the full amount of the monthly parking in ticket fees when I only parked there for the first 4 days of the month. Never had an issue with them previously & always felt safe in the lots, however dealing with customer service was challenging.

The spots are TINY and tricky to squeeze into and after all that they tried to charge me more than double the price on their website. AVOID.

Good little garage. Closes at 10 though. Didn't realize until 11. Some more signage for that would be good I think.

I was looking for another establishment that's in this area, however, I was unable to see exactly where the establishment is located. Garage was there so I couldn't see whether or not you could go through the garage to get to the establishment or not.
