Parkway Parking - 510 N Broad Street

The hand door to the elevators was locked at 930 pm. I called the service line on the box and the lady had no clue what door I was talking about. I had to walk down the ramp, which it says not to do, to get to my car.

Badge doesn’t work and support doesn’t answer. Also do not rent at LVL North because you will get stuck with this shitty parking company

do not buy the monthly membership here. my access card stopped working and for months nobody would send me a new one. Had to call the customer help line every single day to let me out of the garage. had my car dinged and had food, presumably from the Giant above, thrown at my passenger window in the garage. complained multiple times and the manager would never respond to my messages or calls, let alone ever send a new access card (even though customer service kept saying they would). insane service to throw away $350/mo for

As far as parking decks go, no complaints. It was clean and felt safe and provided us a central hub to walk to major parts of the city during our visit.

Currently a monthly parker and it’s great. Very pricey and they’ve reduced the number of EV chargers but otherwise a good facility.
