The reason this lot always has spots is that the older gentleman who is the daytime attendant at this lot will rip you off. You can pay with park mobile. This registers your car at this lot for a day. You can also leave this lot and return because your car is still registered at the lot. Other attendants will let you pull back in. He will not. The cost for one day on park mobile is 38. The cost for 90 min is 30. He will tell you to do 90 min. Beware….this not accurate.

Absolutely AVOID PARKING HERE! $39 FOR 2 HOURS. Plan in advance and find another parking lot.

this guy has only one thing that he wants to do and that is mess with you and give you a hard time. don’t trust him with your keys. he’s mainly there in the morning on the weekdays the other attendance I’ve had to interact with in the afternoon and on Saturdays are great

Parked here with the assistance of an attendant, who watched me walk out of the lot. Upon returning, I had a citation for not paying in advance. I challenged the citation and a rep emailed me the next day asking to call and ONLY pay the cost of parking, not the citation. I told the rep I paid for my day of parking before I left, to which she then responded that I was now responsible for the citation fee, even though I wasn’t going to be responsible for the citation fee per her original email. The response from the manager was unprofessional and the customer service poor, as there were issues on the parts of staff but a refusal to acknowledge this when I started asking questions. It's expensive but very convenient. Just talk to the guys and they'll explain how it works. Left a car there multiple nights without issue. Also PSA - don't pay any tickets. The amount is too low to send to collections and it's not a city ticket so they can't do anything to your license.
