Parkway Parking - Avenue of the Arts (1501 Spruce)

Not good . I tried to pay $34 after 1.5 hours of parking. The kiosk won’t take the credit card or open the gate.Spend there for at least 15 minutes. Called the customer service. They suggested to via website, came as text in my phone. I paid extra $2.10 extra as service fee. And still gate won’t open. One girl came and I showed her phone about payment. Then she open it . Overall it took 30 plus minutes to get out from there and overcharged. No apologies or and refund for the waste of time. Please don’t use this garage.

Be aware that anyone off the street is free to come in and roam this garage. My car was broken into and $2500 worth of damage done. The garage takes no responsibility for this nor do they have any security cameras in place on the parking levels to support any police efforts to catch the thieves. Your car is not safe here.

I I was on the verge of death. I had to go up seven floor. There is no sign saying the elevators are out of order, and Im having an asthma attack. , No employee , There is no one responsible .. I swear if something happened to me. I will sue them..

They need to update their sign for pricing so it reflexs what they are currently charging. I was in at 6am for early bird says $17.00 I was charged $34.00.

I used a parking app, and when scanner was not available at entrance I called the phone number provided at entrance. Parkway employee confirmed I could park by taking a ticket and scanning at exit. When I tried to exit scanner would not work, employee came to help then went to get manager who was an arrogant angry person. He informed me that they don’t take app. I explained that his employee confirmed and told me to scan at exit. After a mild confrontation he asked me how I was going to resolve (he was only one who could resolve). I ended up having to pay an additional $40 to exit. NEVER use the thieves when looking for parking!!!!
