Sometimes there’s a homeless man lingering inside the elevator. It’s concerning. They need security guards or something.

If you need access to your car, this is good. I think there's valet at times, i didn't need valet, I didn't see valet. Near the Academy House, Temple U, the Bellevue, 1500 Walnut St, etc.

This doesn’t deserve one star…Stay away! We were at this garage last evening 12/16 for 5pm showing at the Academy of Music. What a nightmare! Unable to find parking until the 6th level, not an issue until it was realized that construction cones were placed at the end, so multiple cars had to back up into oncoming cars. A “dead end” sign should have been placed so drivers were warned ahead of that area. In addition, when we went to leave, that portion was reopened and another portion was closed off, making autos leaving having to go down against traffic for at least a level or two. Many cars parked on the corners were out too far, making it extremely difficult to navigate the turn around them, with several cars having to maneuver back and forth in

Machines have no labels telling you how to pay or where to place your card. The employees are untrained and constantly get smart with you. And they try to get you to pay extra for waiting an extra amount of time because their machines don't work and they never bother to fix them. Oh and the prices are too high.
