It is a decent sized garage with a lot of floors. However it is very expensive in my opinion to park there at least during the day. $36 for 4 hours is outrageous compared to where I live. The payment machines are also wonky, insert my debit card many times and did not “recognize” the payment method. Tap to pay did not work for me, tried it with another card and I ended up inserting that a few times before it finally worked. Only good thing for me was that I was able to avoid parking on the street where the chances of my car getting hit would have been a lot higher.

No security, poor quality speakers to communicate staff when on site. Painted lines are terrible, tiny spaces, homeless sleep in entryway and panhandle at the door. Often blocked by inappropriately parked vehicles, not enclosed so you car gets very dirty.

First and last time using this garage. Had to insert credit card to enter, and it ate my card. Called for support and no one showed for 6+mins. When I went to hunt for staff, customers warned that there’s no staff reliably on site. An employee finally surfaced to advise that they couldn’t find my card in the machine. It gets worse! When I tried to leave, the employee could not get the exit gate to work. I had to backup and pull forward between 2 different gates 4 times before I could get my car through. One time, the gate came down on my car hood. FYI—they will charge you $30+ if you do park there for a few hours. The employee was polite and apologetic, but this location is tourist-central. It makes a terrible first impression of our great city.

Great location in Center City. Early bird special $15 for the day if you arrive before 9am. If you don't though, it's very expensive. Corners are also quite tight, so anything larger than a midsize SUV will have issues. (Easter egg: Keep going up to level 7-9 for open spaces rather than squeezing your car in between others down below.) Edit 3/26/19: I have to amend my review and add a fifth star. Today my car died right at the top of the entrance ramp, just after getting my ticket. Staff responded within 5-10 minutes of the help call that the driver behind me initiated while I desperately tried to get my car moving. Two employees immediately got behind my car to push it up the ramp to the reserved spots just ahead. After that, another employee helped me by explaining that my car was fine

Yesterday we parked at the Parkway lot at the corner of Race and 15th Streets, just behind the Philadelphia Academy of Fine Arts. We had our ticket validated at the museum. When we returned to get our car, less than 3 hours later, the machine would take neither our ticket nor our credit card. We communicated with someone via intercom, and then waited for an attendant to come over from some other location. The attendant was unable to get the machines to work either. Finally, after a half hour delay, we were charged $20. Wonder what it would have cost without the museum validation. The attendant manually operated the gate so we could leave. We asked him how all the other cars were going to get out. He shrugged his shoulders and said "I've called my supervisor to tell him the machines are not
