Parkway Parking - Centre Square 31 S 16th

I feel very concerned that there isn't no contact number and anyone to help out when you have a question or emergency while in the parking garage. It looks scary and I think each floor should have an agent or a staff assigned there for assistance when the need arises.

After reading others rating, I called to get pricing. They have an early bird special but you can only get that if your in between 6 & 9 a.m. But heres the catch, you must be staying there until 3 p.m. Meaning, if you get there between 6 & 9 a.m., you can't leave before 3 p.m. to get a $2 discount. Or you can choose the standard rate of $5 for 30 mins (better make that 29mins or less), 31 mins. To 60 mins. will cost $18 to $25 and 61 mins. To 90 is $27 or more.

Driving by saw sign that said first 30 minutes five dollars for parking in huge letters and it’s so close to the entrance that you don’t have time to read in tiny tiny script weekdays only so I park I run out run back I go to check out and it’s $15. Worse yet the guy in the window says we have this problem all the time and I complain about it all the time and they don’t do anything about it and there’s nothing I can do about it and then he goes let me call my manager 20 minutes later he comes back and he’s like sorry man you know that I can do for you.

The place advertises $5 for first 30 minutes. I was there 62 minutes and got charged $27. That math doesn’t work. Would avoid this place at all cost. Ironically the last 2 minutes likely came from the attendant that couldn’t do his job efficiently

Can't get more expensive to park. They actually didn't know about handicap license plates, and I got a sticker on my windshield for no placard. Impossible to get off.
