Parkway Parking - Liberty Place 44 S 16th

I booked via SpotHero, and the price for 6 hours wasn’t bad via SpotHero (it was about $21) SpotHero gave me the address for this parking garage, and when I arrived, it wouldn’t recognize my QR code from SpotHero, so I got a ticket to enter (as per the directions I received from a SpotHero representative on the phone) When I was leaving, an employee said that it’s because you’re only supposed to scan the QR code when you are leaving, but I still got the same error message saying it was invalid The employee called the security guard over, who told me that I came to the wrong parking garage and that I was not the first person to make the mistake I appreciate that they let me go without paying extra, but since multiple people before me have made the same mistake, it seems like they should

Made the mistake of parking here. $32 if you go over one hour. I was charged $32 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Park at LAZ parking on the 1700 block. (the block next to Parkway) $40 for all day parking.

I was in parking garage for 28 minutes ($9). Had a discount coupon which I inserted into kiosk. Machine didn't apply discount and wouldn't return my coupon. Went to customer service office to get issue resolved. Cashier went back to the machine for my coupon. As I'm waiting another customer with the same issue. Cashier came back with my coupon and the manager said it's $15.😬 I explained I was not there for more than 30 minutes but he insisted I was wrong. I spent 10 minutes waiting for them to get my coupon and figure things out. Worst place with horrible customer service! 😠 will NEVER park there again!!!

Parkway has unfortunately organized their company such that the ability of any one of its employees to solve customer problems has been completely eliminated. This parking garage has (very expensive) plans for long-term parking with in/out privileges. You sign up for these plans at the kiosk when you drive in and swipe your credit card. When you want to leave or enter again, you scan a barcode (which they failed to give me) or swipe the same credit card you used for scheduling (unless that *also* decides to break, as it did for me). As of the time of writing, I still have an active parking plan at Parkway in Liberty Place; I have called support (they cannot email me a ticket that I can scan at the kiosk for some reason); I talked to several employees in the garage (none of them are able t
