Parkway Parking - Venice Island 5 Lock

I was 10 minutes late getting back to my car because my daughter was throwing up in a haunted house and I couldn't get the parking app to work so that I could add more time. . That 10 minutes is going to cost me $78. When I called to verify that, the customer service person was really nasty and told me to stop blaming everyone but myself when it was clearly my fault. . I was just trying to get customer service and answers. I called the Philadelphia parking authority and they said that I do not have to pay the citation but I would like to be forth right in trying to handle the situation. .
