Parking ticket was $36.55. Tried to pay on machine with card multiple times and it declined even though I have hundreds of dollars in my account. Paid with two $20s. Machine told me to take my change, but spit no change out. I passed help button and it acted like it was calling someone, but nobody answered. There was a help desk right by machine, but nobody was there. I figured I'd ask attendant about it at parking garage exit, but nobody was there either. I called phone number on receipt and they told me only way to get change from cash payment is to get it on site, which I'm already 30 minutes away from the facility at this point and live over 3 hours away. I guess they're just keeping my change.
How I parked here and was in before 9am early bird special for $22 between 5-9 there at 8:22 am was out before 2-6pm for this discount 10:07am and still had to pay regular price with discount applied smh rather park at the hospital way better pricing for patients yea I have to walk but it’s better.
No more “early bird” pricing, as shown by some of the photos on here. Arrived between 5a-9a and left between 2p-6p and paid $43.
I parked here because I had an appointment at Penn, and there was no street parking for blocks in the area. The text message I received from Penn stated there was a discount for patients. $30 to park for an hour is outrageous, and Penn's "discount" of $5 is laughable. Definitely won't be parking here again, though I'm sure they make a fortune.
I get a discount for being a Jefferson Employee, and even that is still pretty expensive, but the one time I forgot the discount, I believe I paid $45. It's downright ridiculous, but unfortunately, that's pretty much most parking lots these days. I only really park in it now if I'm running late for work, but in my experience, it's been pretty safe, and the elevators are nice. The layout is pretty confusing for a first-timer, and there's honestly some parking spots that look like they shouldn't actually be spots. But I mean, hey, it's an overpriced parking garage in Center City. It does its job.
