BUYER BEWARE OF PARKWHIZ—This company failed to honor its obligations to the customer. Upon arrival at the reserved parking facility, access was impossible because the garage was locked and there was no parking attendant. This occurred in December 2025, and despite repeated efforts, we are still attempting to obtain a refund. Their customer service is completely useless! They just responded yesterday after waiting 2 months. By contrast, SpotHero would have resolved this matter within minutes. As a result of this experience, I have deleted the application and will not use this service again. Zero stars is more appropriate.

I paid through the app for a spot in Crown & College Streets garage next to the Shubert Theater in New Haven CT. Scanned my ticket to validate as instructed once inside, and was told to swipe "validated" ticket upon exit. The ticket was not properly validated and I had to pay to exit, more than the price I paid originally through the app. Total rip-off, never again.

BUYER BEWARE - Park Whiz sent me a different pass from what i purchased the day of my show, to a garage 30 minutes away from my venue, and from what I was told I purchased via email receipt. I am not familiar with the area so I trusted the address on my Park Whiz parking pass which I printed from the Park Whiz app. You can imagine my heart wrenching surprise when I arrived and realized my venue was a 30 minute drive away. Not only did I have to pay for another parking garage but i was late to my show. When I called customer service, which phone # is not on readily on their website, they arrogantly excused themselves by saying something along the lines of, "we sell your ticket to a third party vendor so its not our responsibility. Unfortunately many 3rd party vendors are scammers". So it

Do not use!! Going to broadway show booked parking. Lot was full. So be it. Getting my money back was way too difficult. They pretend to investigate and then ghost you. Had to file BBB complaint and then they responded. If I could give negative stars I would.

Hi there, I had a very disappointing experience with one of your employees at the Times Square location. The interaction made it feel as though the focus was solely on taking customers’ money, with little regard for customer service. This experience raises concerns about whether this attitude reflects the company as a whole. I hope this message is not ignored, as situations like this strongly influence customers’ decisions. Based on this experience, I will not be using or recommending your parking locations in the future.
