This scam deserves 0 stars I wish I looked this company up before booking at the suggestion of an event in town's website. You prepay but are NOT reserving a spot and despite the fact that they have a refund form on their website surely with everyone needing to request one they will NOT grant you a refund even when you weren't able to park in a full lot.

Reserved and paid for parking ahead of time. We got to the lot and we were not allowed in apparently they oversell the spaces. We were 30 minutes late to our event. Too bad I can’t give negative stars.

"Reserved" a parking space for next day. On arrival at lot it was full. Had to find other parking. Attendant not helpful and the reality is no one cares if you reserved a spot. Nothing is marked off for reserved, it's just first come first served. Now that I know that I'll never use Parkwhiz again.

1615 Chancellor: If I could give 0 stars I would. Beyond condescending group of men - one attendant flipped me off on my way out. Will never park here again.

Park at 1615 Chancellor St. under your own risk!! First time I leave my car in a valet parking. I checked the car quickly when they brought it back and didn’t notice anything wrong, although the space is quite dark. Continued my trip back home, next day proceed to wash my car and SURPRISE! There was a “greasy” area that was not getting wet, after taking a closer look there were red scratches on blue car that they tried to hide with some type of product to cover it!! They didn’t say anything when they gave back the car but had the time to cover what they did. VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!!!
