Got a shock when they changed the $5 Airport parking rate to $15 while I was on a trip. No response from management to get this adjusted. If you're going to change the rate, then at least honor the price I entered the garage. At $15 per day, there are many better airport Parking options. I won't be back.

Deceptive pricing. They say 5 dollars a day on their website but actual charge is 15 dollars per day as they charge extra for overnight parking. I would call this a scam . Avoid in all scenarios.

5$ a day 247 airport parking does not mean 5$ a day. its 5$ for the day plus overnight fee...but they don't advertise that

Confusing for no reason. Multiple levels, different elevators and access levels make the garage feel like a maze.

Their EV chargers never work and they never fix them. Their validation system is messed up too, don’t be surprised if you pull up to an exit station and see a $1000+ balance due on the machine. Pretty sad that a brand new building has these issues.
