We had our first experience with Parlier during this Heat Wave. I contacted them after looking at several others but rejected those after reading their reviews. When I contacted Parlier they told me it would be tomorrow before they could come. I explained to them that my wife and I are both close to 80 years old and that our house temperature last night was 89 degrees. He said he would try hard to schedule me this morning. He did exactly that and fixed our problem quickly and my Wife said that was the Best Money she has spent in awhile.

I've started getting rentals in the Statesville area and let me tell you these guys are the best! Came out same day and fixed an issue that my tenant was panicked about. I will use them for all my future issues!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I was having trouble with the thermostat and they tried their best to research the exact model and even attempt to help me over the phone. This type of customer service you do not find in may places. Tracy is always so helpful and accommodating in setting up appointments and the service technicians very polite, efficient and prompt. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They know their business and appreciate and take care of their customers.
